There is a serious leptospirosis epidemic, but I don't want to it to seem as though everything here is panic and illness. Most people still go about doing most of their normal activities. Here are some kids shooting hoops in Malpaisillo during the evening.

Nice nightvision effect. Was the street light green in this photo, or is this an addition from the camera/photo software?
The streetlight actually does look greenish like that, but I think the camera must exaggerate it a bit. I also adjusted the contrast a little to make the photo less dark since my camera isn't very good at taking photos at night. By the way, I didn't use GIMP, but instead Picasa.
